Upon receiving your vehicle (and after reviewing the video) we recommend that you heed the following tips:

• Perform your first oil change by replacing the engine oil with 10W40 motor oil prior to starting. Always remember to check your oil level. It’s better to use fresh unleaded gas. Put in some stabilizer if you choose to use stock gas.
• Always remember to check and tighten all bolts before you ride for safety.
• Make sure kill switch on left handlebar is OFF. If the kill switch is engaged, the unit will not start. The vertical white line on the switch should be DOWN.
• Make sure ignition key switch is turned to the ON position. If the ignition key is in the OFF position, the unit will not start.
• Make sure the fuel valve on the carburetor is in the ON position. If it is in the OFF position, there will be no gas flow and the unit will not start.
• Make sure the choke on the carburetor is in the UP position when you try to start this bike. Turn the choke off after the engine gets warmed up enough.
• Lightly tug on the pull starter cord to start. Pull a little bit when you feel resistance and then reset and pull again.
• Always make sure the front and rear chain sprockets are on a straight line. And then adjust the chain to proper tension if necessary.
• Please fully release the throttle grip before you hold the brake lever. If you twist the throttle grip and hold the brake lever at the same time, the clutch will be locked and engine will not move again.

Assembly Require

• This is a non-assembled mini bike in a carton box, you should assemble it yourself after receiving. So you need to have basic operating knowledge and maintenance skills.
• Please check and confirm that all mounting screws and bolts are tightened, then start using it. If you don't tighten the screws and bolts before you ride it, some problems of wheel assembly, rear shaft, brakes and shock absorber assembly will be caused, so they must be tightened first.

Shipment

• Be aware all orders must be shipped by R&L Carrier/Roadrunner/XPO/UPS Freight/Others Carriers.
• Your order will be shipped by LTL freight. We must have an active phone number you can be reached at to ship your order. Deliveries by LTL freight must be scheduled by phone. If our carrier cannot reach you by phone or message, your package will be returned to the sender. So your original shipping will be subtracted from your refund.
• Please be advised that at present we do not ship internationally including these states: Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
• We only ship to the lower 47 states not CA, do not ship to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Warranty Policy

• Warranty includes 3 months for replacement of defective parts for all Manufacturer's defects. All replacement parts will be sent out within 2-5 business days, except the special parts, they need to be customized from our manufacture, maybe they will take a month or more to ship by air express.
• The warranty shall not apply to the following circumstances:
• a) Damage caused by undue wear & tear, misuse, improper installation or operation, neglect, accidents.
• b) Damage caused by natural disasters, flood, fire, lightning or pollution.
• c) If the item was opened, any parts removed or repaired by any unauthorized person.

Shipping Damage Policy

• Please be sure to inspect the vehicle thoroughly BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages or missing parts MUST be noted on the delivery receipt and have the driver sign in acknowledgement. We do not accept any damage report without signature on delivery receipt.
• 1) If the damage is simply a few scratches or cracked plastic part(s), you can accept it and we'll send you replacement parts free of charge after we receive your complete supporting documents for the claim. You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
• 2) If you believe that the vehicle has more than just cosmetic damages and is totally destroyed during transit, please sign the "refuse due to damage" on the delivery receipt, and inform us immediately.

Return Policy

1. We provide free 90 days warranty parts. All bikes are in new and working condition unless specified otherwise elsewhere in the description.Normally we do not provide a return for refund, except you have a reasonable excuse. Kindly remember that we do not accept to return any on road bikes, only for off road bikes and mini bikes.
2. Return will be only accepted in the original package with non-assembly & non-used condition.  If your reason for returning is not from our mistake(such as wrong bike model/color), if you don't want it/don't like it/feel the body size of the bike does not fit), we will charge a 20% restocking fee. Buyer should be responsible for the original and return shipping cost.
3. All Returns from defective or missing some parts or shipping damage, you MUST BE PREAUTHORIZED to guarantee return for a refund. So please contact us to get an authorization and return address at first. If you open the carton box and assemble it, then meet the operation and tech issue when you are riding, or already registered locally, so we do not accept to return, only provide free warranty parts to fix.
4. Buyer agrees to pay for the cost of re-shipment for undeliverable or wrong addresses. We only can ship to the original shipping address from your order, can not change the shipping address after ordering or shipping.
5. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned items. After you return it, please send the tracking number to us timely, so we can process ASAP. If the package is returned to sender by our carriers/UPS company because of shipping damage, we also choose to refund and do not provide exchange service, then you go to re-order if you still want it.
6. All refunds will be processed via eBay orders after our warehouse receives the return items within 2 business days. Please double check via order history and transaction for confirmation. eBay will return money to your original payment account.
